I enjoy taking complex information and turning it into clear, engaging learning experiences that help people succeed. Whether it's an eLearning course, instructional video, 111-page user manual, job aid, or other learning resource, my goal is always the same: create practical, accessible solutions that help people learn.

My background includes 24 years in education and experience supporting learning and onboarding at the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Combined with my instructional design training, that experience has given me a strong foundation in designing adult learning that is accessible and meets both learner and organizational needs.
