As an instructional designer, I am committed to empowering individuals to reach their highest potential!  Armed with a thorough understanding of adult learning theory, I craft powerful learning experiences. Adept in needs analysis, I formulate learning objectives and experiences tailored to address learners' specific needs. From creating design documents and storyboards to developing content using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Camtasia, and Vyond, my drive, dedication, and determination fuel my commitment to ensure the success of all learners!

I have always been passionate about helping people learn! My journey from educator to instructional designer has been grounded in a steadfast commitment to craft engaging learning experiences, bridge gaps, and guide individuals from where they are to where they aspire to be. My training through AIDA strengthened the technical skills necessary to be an excellent instructional designer, and beyond that I possess many additional skills that will make me a valuable asset to your team! With a blend of dedication and creative problem-solving, I can ensure the learning experiences I create are not only engaging, but also address the unique needs of diverse learners.  My critical thinking skills and my attention to detail ensure that your audience will receive engaging, high-quality learning experiences. Furthermore, my strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enable me to effectively collaborate with both team members and stakeholders.
